The President of the Honorable Superior Court of Justice and the Council of the State Judiciary, Judge Daniel Gallo Rodríguez, and the Governor of the State, Víctor Manuel Castro Cosío, delivered 40 certificates of participation and 35 certifications as public and private specialists, then to conclude the Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms.
The President of the Honorable Superior Court of Justice and the Council of the State Judiciary, Judge Daniel Gallo Rodríguez, and the Governor of the State, Víctor Manuel Castro Cosío, delivered 40 certificates of participation and 35 certifications as public and private specialists, then to complete the Diploma in Alternative Conflict Resolution Mechanisms.
Within this framework, the Presiding Magistrate pointed out that the courts are no longer the only access door to justice, so is the will of the parties, which can be formalized with the help of certified Specialists.
He added that today 40 people decided to go beyond the responses of the courts, to become promoters of dialogue, for the positive, creative and peaceful transformation of conflicts.
In this sense, he commented that the agreements signed by the people to whom they provide their services may be sanctioned with the nature of res judicata, thus providing greater certainty to citizens in the exercise of their rights.
The Governor, Víctor Manuel Castro Cosío, for his part, said that it is an honor to be present in this Court and to testify to the effort of the lawyers who are working to improve themselves. «This dialogue that you promote among the community to resolve controversies through concertation, agreement, we in the Executive Branch must also promote it,» he said and then thanked the great effort, work and dedication that certification means to mediate in the conflicts of the immediate future.
Castro Cosío said that this training process will strengthen the administration of justice in the state and announced that in the coming days the Legislative and Judicial powers will be called to establish a permanent dialogue channel to strengthen the republican vision and that there is no absence or imbalances . between powers.
Finally, Teacher Romina Ruíz Cárdenas, Public Broker number 9 of the Plaza del Estado, on behalf of the generation, recognized the willingness of the Judiciary to carry out this diploma and training even in the middle of the pandemic and have a technological platform that would allow teaching and practices without jeopardizing their health and quality.
